At FUQ, we stand by the quality of all our Pleasure Products. Should you have any issue with your FUQ purchase, please consult our customer support.
If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, the item arrived faulty or if the item you ordered is not as you expected. Please contact our customer support to arrange a return. All goods must be returned to us new and unused in their original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund.
In the event that the return requested is due to no fault of our own, a 20% restocking/repackaging fee may apply.
Claiming on the 6 Month Warranty requires proof of purchase from a FUQ or an Authorized Retailer within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the manufacturing fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product on our web shop we already have your proof of purchase on file.
