Shipments and returns


4 - 8 Working Days

Packages sent by SAPO registered mail can be sent to your home, PO Box or nearest post office. Once the item is sent, we will provide tracking and once the tracking show's that the item is ready for collection, simply go to the Post Office with your ID and the tracking number to collect your parcel.


1 - 4 Working Days

Orders sent by courier will be delivered to your door anywhere in the country, the courier used depends on where the delivery address is located, we will either send it with Fastway Couriers or Aramex express, tracking will be provided and the courier will contact you to arrange delivery within 1-2 working days of the order being sent out.


Discreet Shipping

Our packages are sent in blank boxes or envelopes with no branding or reference to what may be inside, we care about your privacy and take your discretion very seriously.

Rest assured that your package contents will remain discreet we guarantee a safe and pleasurable experience.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for up to 14 days after receiving your product, due to the nature of the products we sell, unused sex toys must be returned to us in the original retail packaging, used items will be dealt with on a case by case basis, you the customer are responsible for the return shipping UNLESS it was a manufacturer defect or a mistake on our part.

Returned products can either be exchanged for another item in our store or a store credit.

How to Return

In the unlikely case you must return your items to FUQ, please follow these steps.

  1. Log On to Your Account, in your accounts page click on Order History And Details.

  2. Find the Order with the product you wish to return, click the Plus sign and then Details.

  3. Scroll down the page to the Product/s in this order and check the item/s you wish to return.

  4. In the Merchandise, Return section click on Make an RMA Slip.

  5. In the next page select the number of parts you wish to return and give an explanation for the return and click Make an RMA slip.

  6. We will respond to the return request accordingly and you will be notified once the request has been updated. (1-2 days)
